Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources Announces its Training Programmes for the Employees of Sharjah Government for the Month of February

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources has announced a series of training programmes for the month of January in Sharjah City, the Central Region and the Eastern Region, for Sharjah Government employees of agencies, departments and bodies at all job levels.
(20) training programmes will be implemented in Sharjah City and the Central Region and will cover the following topics: Institutional Excellence, Job Loyalty, the Art of Dealing with Difficult People, Strategic Human Resource Management, Management Education, Customer Service Etiquette, Successful Self-Management, Being a Spokesperson, Self-Confidence, Self-Confidence is Your Way to Excellence and Increased Productivity, Today's Reader if Tomorrow’s Leader, Etiquette of Dealing with Officials and Dignitaries, Creativity and Excellence in Human Resources Management and Personnel Affairs, Secrets of Personality and Self-Building, Measuring and Evaluating Institutional Performance, the Integrated System for Assessing Balanced Institutional Performance, Methods of Statistical Analysis, Planning for the Post-Retirement Phase, Document Management, Developing Strategic Leadership Skills.
In the Eastern Region of Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hisn, 19 training programmes are being implemented for employees and they cover the following topics: Goal Development, Self-Skills and Customer Service, Event Management Diploma, Art of Anger Management, Leadership Development Using the Lego Methodology, Strategic Planning, First Aid, Explanation of the Implementing Regulation for Human Resources in the Emirate of Sharjah, Modern Methods to Improve Performance in Accordance with Kaizen Concepts, Financial Management, Innovation in Administrative Work and Future Prospects, Creative Performance in Customer Service, Professional Diploma in Government Leadership, Mechanisms for Dealing with Clashes Between Co-Workers, Marketing Intelligence, Seven-Star Services, Smart Power of Emirati Leadership, English Language, Effective Training and Professional Compatibility of Employees.
The training programmes target all employees at all job levels, and the places where they will be held will be announced on the dates specified via the Directorate’s social media. The implementation of these programmes comes within the framework of the Directorate’s plans to develop government employees in all professional and supporting fields with the aim of providing every employee with expertise and knowledge as needed in his work to increase his level of performance efficiency.
The Directorate lists the training programmes periodically through the e-Training Management System, where training officials in all government entities of Sharjah and other emirates can view the training plan through the system, then determine the number of employees who will be designated for placement into these programmes from each entity; and then it circulate them after selecting the employees, at their employment entities, to apply for the programmes that correspond to their job fields.
As the Directorate is keen to work together with all the State agencies to develop human capital, it has strengthened its communication with the federal and local authorities and institutions from various Emirates of the State, by providing training opportunities to all entities wishing to designate their employees for placement into the training programmes of the Government of Sharjah. The Directorate has created accounts for said employees through the System, enabling them to take full advantage of all the services it offers in the field of training, and to nominate their employees to enrol in its programmes.
